Do you offer refunds/cancellations/exchanges?
I do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges, but if you have any problems with your order, please contact me!
If you made a mistake in your order including shipping address, please email me ASAP at artofkristoff@gmail.com with your full name, order number, and the item(s) or address you need adjusted. Please note that I cannot adjust any orders that have already been packed and/or shipped.
Can you ship to [my country]?
Most likely! While I cannot ship non-sticker items to some countries such as Germany at this time due to changing laws and regulations out of my control, I offer international shipping for all available items on my Etsy (fangbangrrstudios.etsy.com). If you're interested in ordering an item internationally not listed on Etsy, send me a message and I can help set up a custom listing for you!
What carrier do you use?
The majority of packages ship with USPS. On rare occasion, UPS may be used for large/oversized packages (such as multiple notebooks).
My order was sent back to you. What do I do?
If your order comes back to me, I will contact you via the email associated with your order for next steps.
If the address provided on your order was input incorrectly by you, I will ask that you repay the shipping cost to have it sent to the correct address.
If I reach out and do not hear back from you after multiple attempts, your order will be refunded.
If I place multiple orders, can you combine them?
Yes! Please contact me as soon as possible via the contact form or at artofkristoff@gmail.com.
When will my order ship?
All orders will ship within 1-2 weeks from the date they were placed. Please keep in mind I am one person with a full-time job outside of my shop, so during busier seasons such as the winter holidays, fulfillment may take slightly longer! If you have a concern about receiving an order by a specific date for a gift, please leave an order note and/or contact me.
